1. Consultation Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance Refunds for consultation fees are as follows:
- Cancellation 24+ hours before the scheduled time – Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours – No refund
- Rescheduling is allowed once at no extra cost
2. Service Fees Refunds
Refunds for legal services (retainer fees, drafting, litigation, etc.) depend on the work completed.
- If no work has been initiated – Full refund
- If work is in progress – Partial refund based on time and resources expended
- Completed services are non-refundable
3. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, e-books, templates, and downloadable resources are
non-refundable once purchased and access has been provided.
4. Academy & Course Refunds
Refunds for our online courses and programs:
- Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment – 80% refund
- Cancellation after 7 days – No refund
- Access to course material will be revoked after refund
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable.
- Court filing fees, government fees, and third-party payments
- Services marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Services where work has been substantially completed
